Originally from Las Cruces, NM Eugene lived between Colorado and New Mexico all of his life.  Eugene began his real estate career practicing Resort Property Management in Steamboat Springs, Colorado which furthered his passion to become a Realty Investment Broker. Heathman became a full - time REALTOR in 2002. His areas of expertise include small business development, office and commercial investment realty transactions combined with an extensive command of multimedia marketing. Eugene has consistently led his organizations in volume and gross commission production.

 

Eugene provides extensive experience with site analysis, Cost/Market & Income approach, consulting and multiple transaction representation & coordination functions. Additionally, he is experienced in working directly with corporate and government site selection guidelines to achieve acquisition and disposition objectives with detailed implementation of cost and market analysis strategies.


Recent accomplishments include conservation oriented Master Planned Community Development and secondary market, small business realty investment brokerage. Eugene has become acutely involved in planning commercial redevelopment corridors, balancing mixed use lifestyle development while promoting an efficient standard of living featuring an interactive harmony between human, commerce, and environment in Central and Southern New Mexico.


Eugene earned his University Studies and Business Administration degrees at Eastern New Mexico University. He is currently pursuing the final requisites to achieve the prestigious NAR CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2018.


  Since 2007, Eugene has been a member of The Ruidoso/Lincoln County Association of REALTORS, New Mexico Association of REALTORS and National Association of Commercial REALTORS. He is a current member of the Las Cruces Association of REALTORS and Commercial Association of REALTORS New Mexico.
